The hotel had a central position near Portofino and Cinque Terre.

The area was very expensive.

The location was marvellous and perfect yet it was close to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.

Not ideal views and Wi-Fi was bad.

The location was convenient, in the town centre, and my bed was very clean. There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was good. The staff were knowledgeable and best, nothing too much trouble: D

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were superfriendly and accommodating, location was magnificent in the old town which is all one way system. The room itself was fashionable and neat with the TV, a double shower plus exceptional big bathroom as advertised...

A hidden gem with friendly and helpful staff! When we arrived, the parking situation seemed challenging, but thanks to the detailed info from the hotel, we found free spots after a little searching. Our room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast spread was delicious and plentiful, enjoyed in a charming courtyard. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the vibrant center of town. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks like noisy surroundings and flat pillows, our stay at Ma Hotel was overall enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at Ma Hotel in Santa Margherita Ligure for a few nights for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay special. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The breakfast selection was impressive, and I loved starting my day with a delicious meal. One standout moment was when my partner arranged for flowers to be delivered upon my arrival, and the front desk staff personally went out to buy them for me. It was a sweet gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest.

The staff were very hospitable and offered complementary coffee on arrival and at checkout. They were knowledgeable about the area and provided helpful information about getting around. the location was central and convenient, with easy access to transportation. the rooms were tidy and well-maintained.

The breakfast lacked variety and the bread could have been fresher and more selective.

enjoyed our short stay in sml, and ma hotel exceeded expectations. welcoming owner, perfect location, luxurious bathrooms, and plentiful breakfast. highly recommend for all travelers.
